Description

I think this is possibly the fourth thing I've tried to make for the *ArtisanCraft summer contest and the only one I've actually finished. It's also my first time working with cotton thread instead of yarn and a really tiny hook.

I think I'm addicted.

Crocheted with a 00 steel hook and some nameless cotton thread that's been lying around my house forever. Thread has been bleached with generic bleach, since someone (probably me) shoved a green sharpie into the ball of string several years ago.
Green glass E beads were added, along with a few teardrop-shaped tan beads, which were labeled as being made from "rare earth materials". Considering the price, that's probably a euphemism for "plastic".

So, what's become of this here medeival-fantasy princessy headgear?

I'm curious to know after hearing you were having trouble finding anyone to model it for you and multiple references to a unspecified, but specific, lolita chick friend...

Well, that and I'm just plain creepy-curious like that.

(though it does sound like you should put some time into getting that knowledge of tea dying if you haven't already, maybe it's just the fact that I've been forced to have had mild insanity foisted upon me by being strapped down and shown various "Ivanhoe" video-clips by English class, but it definitely seems like it's begging for either a crimson-related red or a light, airy sort of tan-flesh related color...)
